Your pics are broken but yes, my IGN is Marathon and I saw Phili glitch. It wasn't just once either, it was atleast 6 or 7 times and I think he is still doing it.

since he/she did several times, and witnessed by two people, i will ban him/her when i get in-game. or if other staff reads this, go ahead and ban Phili
